Empower, formerly known as the LaunchPad, is the IWC’s School of Leadership offering. This is designed for leaders and aspiring leaders who are called to lead and guide life groups in IWC.
IWC decided to launch Empower through an on-demand, self-paced and online learning platform that delivers 30 to 40 minute-lessons, released weekly from the start date. This will provide students enough time to complete lesson and practice through application.
Empower Course offers 3 modules (Leadership Enhancement, Cell Group Leadership, The Art of communication. Each module has 3 lessons delivered in visual and audio formats.
